After starting the season 1-5, the Broncos have ripped off a five game win streak. Denver’s last five opponents: GB, KC, Buffalo, Minnesota, and Cleveland yesterday. Wilson has thrown 8 TDs and 0 INTs over this streak.
How do you rate Denver through 11 games? They’re currently out of the playoff picture, but there’s a bit of a log jam behind Pittsburgh and Cleveland for the 7th seed. And they have a big game against a fellow 6-5 team at Houston next week.
God, that prediction of a Broncos playoff run looked REALLY rough for a while, now it looks like a lock
I’ll say it again, every reason to have been excited about the 2022 Broncos is still there, only they went from Mr “dick around for 3 minutes and play for a 65 yard field goal” to Mr “Onside kick at halftime of the Super Bowl”. They were bound to be better.
If you’ve watched the broncos games the last 5 weeks, only the browns win felt decisive. The broncos are certainly not a lock for the playoffs but do look much more composed. They’re very healthy with a lopsided TO ratio that is difficult to sustain
I mean tbf the first 6 weeks of the season only the fins game felt decisive in the other direction. We’ve been close in every game so far other than the 70 burger, things were bound to start falling our way.
The second chiefs game was pretty decisive. We beat them in all phases.
Broncos got 5 TOs. That’s not sustainable
