Payne pretty high on my list of ugly shots

So for context: Payne hit the three pointer, and then a few minutes later the PA announced that it was considered an out of bounds turnover and that the three points had been removed. This was very odd. I didn’t even know they could do this.

Payne does that like every other game, it’s hilarious from the outside.

This broadcast is fucking awful. It’s literally your job to explain what’s going on in the game but instead they’re just rambling the whole time. This happened out of nowhere and until I replayed the arena announcement (which was almost impossible to hear) I didn’t know what happened.
