At age 35 and coming off one of the most devastating injuries an (Achilles tear) he still averaging 31 on 51/49/89 splits how is this possible an year 17 when pretty much any nba player in history became washed after an Achilles tear
Because he’s 7’ and one of the best shooters ever. Those 2 things tend to age well.
cause that dude long
His play style was never dependent on being explosive. He always had a more methodical game so even when age or an injury slows him down, he’s still able to pick apart a defense.
His off ball game took a huge leap during his warriors run and his ball possession time dropped as well. He picks his spots, knows how to get to it, and nearly everyone is too small or too slow as a big to keep up or stop it so he pretty much does whatever he wants.
The most impressive thing about KD is that in his career, he always was the best player of his teams. Doesn’t matter if he plays with Westbrook, if he plays with Curry, if he plays with Harden, if he plays with Irving, if he plays with Booker. At the end of the day, Durant always was „the guy“ on his teams. That shows his quality.
Why is Crosby still so good? Generational talent
SMH…silly question of the day.
Because he doesn’t want to do anything else. He’s the definition of ball is life.
