Everyone does this, it’s called the doorway effect.
I call it The Sims effect.
This comes off as “all lives matter” and I hate it.
Because all things people call autism and adhd on the internet are things normal people do. It’s just autism or adhd when those things happen so often or so much that it hinders your function in daily life.
