minus-squaresolariplex@slrpnk.netlinkfedilinkarrow-up17arrow-down2·11 months agoUuuuh. There are only a couple lagrange points, unlike the massive amount of normal satellite paths available in LEO and HEO. We absolutely should not allow any single actor (apart from the UN, maybe) to lay claim to the precious lagrange real estate
minus-squarenul@programming.devlinkfedilinkarrow-up2·11 months agoCould we drag a big asteroid to each Lagrange point and let countries orbit their satellites around that?
minus-squareLastYearsPumpkin@feddit.chlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up5·11 months agoYou already orbit Lagrange points, and there’s already tons of space rocks milling about in them. Lagrange points are weird.
