Even after the Steelers hire Tomlin’s replacement, there will still have been fewer Steelers Head Coaches since 1969 than Popes. (And it’s still an open debate which position has a more devout following).
Steelers. It’s the Steelers.
And since 1933, I think, none except maybe one were fired? The Rooney’s are loyal to their coaches.
Hard to argue with 19 straight winning seasons. Sure the playoff loss streak is not great, but that’s a lot of winning nevertheless.
