Yes because that’s the main issue with ICE, not their unreasonable power and protection under a highly reactionary law

There has been plenty of evidence for hundreds of cases of them committing crimes. That hasnt changed anything. Yes it would be good if they stopped wearing masks, but even if they did it would not change anything at all.
It would, in the moment. It is psychologically empowering to them, at least before it becomes stale, but they’d now resist any advance towards unmasking them as this would make them feel naked and vulnerable for a period of time. This affects their decision making, their arrogance.
True but all I’m saying is that first step is a band-aid on a hemorrhage.
The only people who could stop ICE from masking (apart from the people they work for) are Congress or police. Congress won’t, and states are too afraid of being declared “in open insurrection” to try. Also, whether they’d even listen to Congress is up in the air at this point.
Luckily, them being masked hasn’t stopped people compiling lists of them and figuring out who’s who in videos of their abuses.
I’d rather see legislative and activist focus on the whereabouts of the people they take; making sure they’re safe is more important to me than knowing right now who disappeared them; that info can be gotten at any time, through many means (including ones they can’t erase, like bank transfers, healthcare benefit information, etc), when these Nazis are out of power.

What would they do if you put your hands towards their head? Probably kneecap you, then make you bite the curb, and leave you for dead.
If the goddamn state legislature wasn’t deadlocked I’m sure they could make a law that criminalizes law enforcement obscuring their face.
