It’s Satire? I thought that was a pretty accurate account of the .world accounts that only last exactly 7 days.
It’s the best kind of satire. I’m not 100% sure it is or not.
Through the first section I thought it was a real user who had had a bad experience or maybe started out on the wrong instance. By the 3rd it was pretty funny tho.

It’s from 2024 and it sounds a lot like AI
Obviously the headings are reminiscent of GenAI, but I’m pretty sure that was intentional. “Aspect” and “SocialAI” mentioned at the end are GenAI-only social networks (i.e. where a human interacts with GenAI agents) which is part of the gag. The author interacts in the comments of that post, tho ofc the text itself could still be generated. I’m guessin it’s like 90% chance it’s human-generated.
