So far Iran had basically indiscriminately fired missiles at everyone, including France, Germany, and Britain.
That’s going to end up with NATO Article 1 shenanigans and we’re all going to get dragged into.
Meanwhile the Iranian Guard is like a headless chicken, so that’s great, and a country with a network of international terrorists forced into assymetric warfare is probably going to result in a lot of terror attacks that get met with increasingly distopian solutions in the west.
Oh, and there’s no actual mechanism for meaningful regine change, just an interior group of thousands who will start infighting when they get desperate, and anyone claiming per getting bombed…
So what’s the US exit strategy here, now that they’ve kicked the hornet’s nest and Iran is dragging everyone in (against them).
