Regarding oil: it doesn’t matter if the us haven’t seen the light. It is still important to them now and will be for the foreseeable future. Right now there is a demand.
if you think that the us has no interest in the geopolitical situation in Iran you are mistaken. Even if Israel wouldn’t exist there would be oil.
