“As long as that little dictator is in power, I’m not going to the United States under any circumstances, not even for that,” he declared, in an obvious allusion to Donald Trump. “I’ll be there on Zoom, but there’s no way I’m setting foot in that country that has declared war on us.”

He also said that he’s not going to attend physically the ceremony because of Trump:
