Syndrome is an underrated villain. Good entire motive is so understandable. Petty, but understandable. World domination is too abstract.
Damn, the monologue is half the epicness of a villain.
I know the whole point is to reveal the master plan diabolically.
Good news. The villain did a monologue while kicking the good guy’s asses. Also, it was too late even if they wanted to stop it.

I like a little hybrid of this where the monologue is a stall tactic for the [curse|poison|trap|venom|etc] to take hold but it’s already too late anyway, so why not twist the knife with a good monologue?
