In the U.S., gas-powered cars have stopped making big efficiency gains. Some automakers’ offerings have gotten less efficient as they swap out sedans for SUVs.

    We need to limit the size of private vehicles.

    Too many idiots in America are driving vehicles so big they’d need special licenses for being a commercial delivery vehicles anywhere else

    And they’re riding solo in those things making hour long commutes.

    And most of them won’t stop bitching about gas prices, like no shit Billy Bob, you get 10 mpg and drive 30 miles each way to work, of course you think gas is high.

    The solution isnt gas subsidies so your costs go down, it’s you buying a rationale vehicle for your needs.
