Ignore the bad quality, my cooling fan broke down. It was printed on 0.08mm layer height.
It’s only a layer line if it’s parallel to the bed, otherwise it’s just sparkling print artefacts.
The vertical lines are probably ringing.
Ringing.
check your belts to make sure they’re not too tight (and tight enough, but probably just too tight.)
if that’s not the issue then check and tune acceleration and jerk settings. if you haven’t done full calibration stuffs, I’d recommend the guide by teaching tech
Ringing 100%. Need to do some Input Shaping tuning
Ringing. Oscillations after turning corner. Can improve the tuning
I disagree with the consensus that this is definitely ringing. I think it could be because of the discreet extruder steps. When the extruder makes a step there will be a slight change in extrusion speed/thickness.
Most of the time these small bumps don’t line up and you’ll see, at most, diagonal lines on the walls. Every once in a while, they align vertically because of the coincidence of the geometry and extruder step frequency.
