At the moment !architectureporn@sfw.community is mostly mirroring post from reddit, but it would be great to see contributions from real people.
Just me that feels like using “porn” in the community titles is a bit childish, was hoping that would stay a reddit thing tbh
The whole sfw.community instance is aimed at “SFW Porn” communities. It’s less about “serious” discussion and more for sharing pictures/videos with little depth.
Yeah I get that, but surely other words could have been used instead? Might just be being old…
I hesitated a bit before setting them up, but to be honest I couldn’t find any other term to express the idea of “something made to provide a visually appealing simulacrum of a topic without requiring any actual interest/ability in doing the real thing”.
Just the word “porn” doesnt really play well with alot of feditravelers
