I know it’s never gonna stick but I like this concept of a nickname, especially fitting for his WTF blocks on shooters. I am quite sure at some point the shooters would be pressured whenever Wemby’s on court, no matter where he is.

Actually me 2, and I am a 10+ years Spurs fan.

But the thing about rooting for the Spurs is, eventually, you are going to trust Pop. And the more you watch, the more you understand that while Pop maybe old, old-school kind of coach, he is extremely innovative and always have some crazy shit in his mind. Sometimes it doesn’t work. Sometimes it does. So I’m just going to trust him. And if this really doesn’t work I am sure Pop would change it up.
