What does this mean?
Not sure about that. Are any of these people making the rules actual athletes. Do they know how the body works??
Why is this such a point of emphasis this year? Maybe a point of emphasis should be getting refs to referee without their power tripping ego. That is a point of emphasis I could get behind.
