I’m curious as well. I remember watching him put 25 and 12 on Joaqim Noah and Al Horford looking like the best big man on the floor. Those two guys both did alright in the nba.

Fellas I was wrong about:
Anthony Randolph Michael Beasley Wes Johnson/DeMarcus Cousins (was relieved the Wolves didn’t draft Cousins at the time) Randy Foye Klay Thompson Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (funniest shot ever)
I remember being sure Acie Law and Chris Douglas-Roberts would be longtime nba contributors. Tbf they both got on with teams for awhile at least. Not one truly spectacular story, but this reminiscing is making me realize that simply by knowing about guys and having thoughts about them, I become considerably more wrong than I’d be if I just never even heard of them.
I swear I remember a grocery store promotion from one of the seasons following the KG trade, where if you bought a certain amount of cans of a brand of canned vegetables, you’d get a free wolves ticket. It’s been almost 20 years since I believed in the team like I do right now.
