Yes, definitely not an unpopular opinion around here. They rehashed seasons-long jokes and plot points (Tegridy, I’m looking at you). The humor got a lot less subtle and clever over time, relying on in-your-face commentary of low hanging social issues. Many episodes lacked an engaging b-plot.
