  • Make a list of all manufacturers, then get in touch with companies from US that would need different supplies or products for their needs and start contacting them. Be like the broker for them, the person they could give a call and know for sure they can get that thing done and delivered to them.
    To streamline the process you can make a google form with some questions to ask the brands and companies to find out about what products or supplies they need and then see which of the manufactures can do this and propose it to US companies. You can even create a landing page for this and maybe test this with a small marketing campaign across some channels like google, facebook and others to see what is the feedback.





  • In what industry is you SaaS? Looks like you’re in an interesting position right now. Try and hire someone to help you do the work you feel that eats your energy and takes your attention away from important things to grow the business. It happens that sometimes when doing a lot of mundane tasks it drains you and feel like things are not moving. In your case you already have the PMF and the product is bringing in decent revenue already, continue to scale it. Think about what things would you like to continue to do and the one’s you don’t like but are necessary for the business and hire a person for that.
