The shadow on the side of the frame is the shutter. However some lights with some cameras can do high speed sync. So you can go faster than sync speed, but usually with less flash output.
With the right strobe (not speedlight) you can blot out the sun.
Most forums I see people only want kind or positive words. Which is different than honest constructive criticism. My point is it would seem many can’t tell the difference.
Tripods are rated to how much weight the head and legs can hold. So helps to know what kind of setup you want on it.
Show truth and emotion and just set out to tell stories.
Yes it’s possible. IANL, but I do know in movies or tv shows certain brands and copyrighted things have to covered up or replaced. In certain scenarios, you may have a legal case, but I’m guessing Nike probably has more lawyers and money than you.
So I would add, your business name is part of your brand identity. Your brand is your all-encompassing reputation. Think of a name that markets what you do with some wiggle room to grow.
Something to think about, lets say you do the first + last + photography and you become successfull. When you’re ready to retire or move on, the business dies when you quit. However, if successful and have regular clients, you could sell the business and all the brand image you built if it was something tied to your name.
Will a 1510 fit a backpack bag? Kind of beat worlds if you need to lock it to something and be portable.

Like others say, you would have to see who the executor of his estate is to figure out ownership. There’s a website you can upload images to, and they will post it on many stock sites. I don’t know what kind of royalties come from that. Might be a market for older retro images? Your could donate too. The work though is in digitizing good scans of everything. I have some old film stuff I want to get digitized and was quoted about 50 cents an image.
It’s a trade off of what you need to carry and where you need to carry it. If you back pack into remote places, you want to save every single ounce that’s possible. If you tend to work out of vehicle and can roll the case around, then size and weight may be less of a concern.
Create the images you need but make sure the models you hire or participate are aware. Have that listed on your release form and have them initial it. I say this because a while back I watched a video by the Copyright Zone Guys. (They are Copyright attorneys). They described a case where an agency used a stock photo in an ad in Times Square and that depicted them as having AIDS (or some other sensitive subject). The model successfully sued.
The other thing about capturing your own images is you can ensure everyone is 18 years or older.
