Overreacting to stat lines after 10 games is dumb. If a player had a shit 5 game stretch in February it wouldn’t be a big deal.

Lamelo is really fun to watch and seemingly can always get to his spot. Brandon Miller was also scary before he hurt his ankle.
But the Hornets clearly just need some more talent, and cohesion on defense. Can’t imagine what the vibes are around the team with the sale, Kai jones, and Bridges situation. The team could use a real winning vet. Bring in Taj Gibson.
Clickbaity title which is causing clickbaity debate.
There are maybe 5 guys in the league right now that you would trade anything for.
Just because you aren’t one of those 5 guys doesn’t mean you can’t be a phenomenal player which Mitchell is.
The Knicks wanted Mitchell, but the price was just too high for us and had too much risk and potential future downside. If Knicks made the trade and saw that their ceiling was first or second round of the playoffs they would’ve been left with no trade pieces or draft picks and no clear path to improve. Which is exactly the situation the Melo trade left us in which set us back for years.
Trade absolutely made sense for the Cavs, and made sense for the Knicks to not do it.
I think the problem with the Cavs is that there starting 4 and 5 can’t stretch the floor. I like the Cavs but I think their playoff success ultimately comes down to Mobley and how much of a threat he becomes on offense. If Mobley can become more of a threat on offense cavs are my dark horse.
If Mobley can start shooting 3s cavs are scary. Mobley is still so young so it’s reasonable that he doesn’t reach his offensive ceiling for a few more seasons, you just hope he can get there while Donovan Mitchell is still around.
My girl wanted to watch pitch perfect and then the Knicks went on a 29-9 run. Thank you Anna Kendrick.
