Not to mention Suggs slapping Jokić’s arm 2 twice - once on the second rebound attempt and once on the third rebound attempt. Those slaps are the only reason he didn’t come down with it after the initial challenge by Suggs

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for some people to get that success, especially at the level the Pats had, is almost always due to combination of people/factors.
You can’t just say “they won all those super bowls because of Brady” or “because of BB.” It was the combination of both of them, and a lot of other people too. Those rosters were almost always stacked with talent on both sides of the ball, and they have a long history of great coordinator’s (I know the record of those guys as head coaches, but some guys are great coordinator’s and bad HC’s. It takes different skill sets)
They both deserve the credit. To say one of them carried the other is a disservice to the “other,” and also to dozens and dozens other people
I hate pulling this card, but the NBA has repeatedly shown that they do in fact accept The Star Card
How does this happen to the reining champ with back-to-back MVPs nonetheless?
