Not a Film, but the one and only season of the new Swamp Thing they did originally for the DC Universe app. Had a good cast, intriguing storylines, and a promising future. First they reduced the episode order, then they cancelled it outright after someone failed to properly secure tax cuts from the state they were filming in. It’s on hobo max, or easily 🏴‍☠️ed.

I loved it. So much sci if these days focuses more on world building than character development. Orville felt like it struck the right balance between the two and gave us characters that are easier to empathize with.
