More 2014 spurs to me.

He should have come back to get the ball
Klay was responsible for both these turnovers.
I’m with you up until the last sentence. Steph or KD with this roster and a league average big man would not have gotten blown out by 30 at home to the Spurs. They might lose, but not by 30.
The King really missed his calling as a communist dictator.
“Incredibly sophisticated offenses and defenses”. James Harden and Russell Westbrook sharing the same backcourt. Pick one.
How was Lebron and KD both a +20 in the same game? We’re their substitution patterns completely opposite?
Honestly if he stays healthy and has a good work ethic top 20 all time is the floor.
Austin Reaves is going to get attacked defensively this year. I think Zach Collins is going to play well next to Wemby.
It’s not just the ridiculous blocks and steals…Wemby is already showing flashes of peak Gobert/young Kawhi levels of opposing players noping out of even trying Wemby.
Superteams are usually not just when a team has a lot of good players, but when superstars team up. Like KD going to golden state, or or Lebron taking his talents to Miami, or KG and Ray Allen going to Boston to join Paul Pierce.
Actually I kinda prefer an old school Spurs like team to face off against the super team like those spurs Heat Finals. One team with superstar free agents teaming up, and one team with chemistry and good fit and continuity playing unselfish basketball.
They are a marketing problem for the league. For 15 years the face of the league was LeBron/Steph/Durant. Now they are getting old and there doesn’t seem to be a marketable replacement yet. Big 2006 vibes…the Lakers sucked and Kobe still had the rape allegation stuff associated to him. Lebron wasn’t quite there yet. Nash, Dirk and Timmy were boring. Enter Dwade.
