Do we though? I don’t think people care that much about high level dunking unless it’s from recognizable NBA players or young guys who make their name during that night. Kilganon actually made appearances in some dunk contests and even helped participants craft dunks. No one really gives a shit though.

I think the biggest problem with the contest is the whole pageantry behind it and the corny props. Eliminate or ban at least the latter and guys will be forced to actually be creative in terms of dunks not the crap surrounding it.

There is no world 2 Raptors make it on a defensive team and if any, it will always be OG.
