I think that’s how Mbin “badges” new accounts. Not sure how long they’re considered new, but all the ones I’ve seen with green leaves have been 1-2 day old accounts.
Some people just put emojis in their names, I don’t block them just because of that, but I end up blocking a lot of people with emojis in their name
