Honestly. They have retroactively taken away steals and rebounds quite a few times. They could credit Tim with 2 extra blocks if they wanted to and give him the official quadruple double
It ain’t even about “extra” blocks, if you watch the game, Tim gets the blocks but for some reason the officials didn’t count them.
