Donald Trump’s name appears in Jeffrey Epstein’s recently released flight logs seven times, including flights in 1993 and 1994, some with his then-wife Marla Maples and daughter Tiffany.
The documents were released by Attorney General Pam Bondi, who stated this was the first phase of disclosures regarding Epstein’s network.
Bondi requested additional FBI records on Epstein, citing thousands of undisclosed pages.
Epstein, who died in 2019, had connections to Trump, Bill Clinton, and Prince Andrew, though no wrongdoing by Trump has been alleged.
Why is this a surprise? It’s undisputed that trump knew Epstein and hung out with him. He even raped a girl who was also “hanging around” Epstein for lack of a better word.
For anyone paying attention, it’s no surprise. To the people who blindly follow him, though…well, they’ll probably never hear about this or just brush it off as some liberal shadow government conspiracy against him.
He could eat a baby in front of them and they’d go from being shocked to figuring out how it was justified. I don’t think anything can shatter the hold he has over his cult followers at this point.
His supporters have no trouble making the transition from “it didn’t happen” to “it wasn’t a big deal”.
Brow-beating is an extremely effective tactic on the internet.
We see it on both sides, so most discourse devolves into whoever is censored/moves on with their life first loses.
It can make the appearance that Russian trolls with their literal non-stop promotion and shilling of trump bullshit in 2016 are more successful than they are, which invariably contributes to their success.
I wish we could see what was happening as it’s happening. Unfortunately, all we can do is let it happen around us and future generations can study how we’ve been taken advantage of without realizing it.
It’s a bit surprising he didn’t have them censor all references to him before releasing the files. I’m surprised any time this administration doesn’t do the most corrupt and evil thing possible.
Why even bother? He could rape a baby and then eat it in front of its mother and his supporters would keep supporting him.
Fair. But they’ve already “so what if I did?” whitewashed his association with Epstein already, so releasing the passenger log seems like a non-event to me.
