As the title says, I’m talking fully digital but not “smart” watch. To me something like the digital G-Shocks with heart rate monitors would be luxury digital watches - but monetarily speaking that’s a fairly cheap watch for luxury standards. Is there any out there that are super expensive with actual cool features that aren’t just expensive because they have the Omega, Rolex, etc. name on them. They can be Analog/Digital but nothing smart watch esque (touch screen that’s basically a mini phone). Never really thought about any cool features digital watches could have, i’ve only really cared about regular watches cool features so i just wanted to ask.

I think Omega is giving X-33s to astronauts. Unsure though pure speculation on my part since it seems like an odd choice for an astronaut to personally have since we all know the Moonwatch

The breitling aerospace is a cool ass watch. Slim profile and looks tough as hell in person.

Sounds like you are describing Seiko Astron or The Citizen (not citizen, The Citizen, their Chronomaster line)

A couple I haven’t seen mentioned are the Tissot PRX digital and a brand called Ventura. I’m not sure if Ventura is still around, but they made some seriously interesting digital watches in the recent past. They were around the $1-2k range I believe. Worth a check out no doubt.

Technically, a Lange Zeitwerk is a digital watch (it really is) 🤓 I’d say that’s “luxury” enough 😂 (I know that’s not really what you’re talking about, just messing around)

Omega speedmaster x-33 springs to mind. There were also speedmasters with the appearance of a round Casio a168.

And nowadays a couple of luxury watch labels came out with smart watches, which fit your question as they don’t have touch screens or smart watch appearance, but they also don’t fit your question as there is nothing obviously digital about them. Frédérique Constante and Alpine have something: https://www.luxuriousmagazine.com/frederique-constant-and-alpina-announce-the-swiss-horological-smartwatch/

Also Google the Seiko Arnie and you’ll find an old digital dive watch from some Schwarzenegger movie, which has quite a connaisseur pricing these days, so it might qualify for luxury (or not)
