Flip those around lol
The breitling aerospace is a cool ass watch. Slim profile and looks tough as hell in person.
Like most other hobbies, people looking to exploit and profit ruined it for many. Now it’s not as fun because shitty people hold on to stock of cooler models and sit on it until a fool is desperate enough to fork out the dough. And publications like hodinkee are too influential and hype up trash.
I too went to wind up and felt the watches look even worse in person. The 2 screws are such eyesores. And the name, let’s not even talk about how bad the name is.
Easy as pie! Lol
That’s not the point. The watch is running 24/7. It’s going to decrease your time between services as opposed to it being a part of a rotation where it gets to sit out a couple days a week.
Tudor, provided you’ll find a used black bay somewhere. Otherwise if you can’t find something that fits your budget I wouldn’t waste time with any of their other models and go Oris as you’ll have more options at that range.
The motion is fine for your watch but I think winders are totally useless. Takes 2 seconds to set a watch and they add unnecessary wear by simulating round the clock usage.
Most watches look better in picture. Went to windup and lemme tell ya, when you handle the “budget” brands you realize why they’re budget. Sharp corners, bad finishing, terrible tolerances in bracelets, etc. But sizing is a whole other animal. I finally got to check out some breitling/longines/that tier releases of the last couple years in person and they’re garish and cruder than I thought. Disappointment. I think they’re really hoping on a blind buy based on images and sizing. Most of these wear extremely poorly compared to 90s and 2010s models.
