I just turned 50 this summer. Then, while watching one of the early season games with Seattle, it occurred to me I need to take better care of himself. Granted, he has access to good doctors as a wealthy person, but there’s a LOT I can do to get in better shape, make sure my diet is good, do yearly checkups, etc. When I’m 72, I want to be 2/3rds as energetic and healthy as him. It’s a new life goal
Apparently he did a cart wheel into a whiteboard and it felt over lmao. Dog I’m not attempting that and I’m under 30. He just did it to hype his special teams players up in a meeting
