Pete has always been overlooked for that award. Even during the LOB years he only got a handful of votes. The voters definitely do not like him

It’s a big shame neither Pete nor Schneider have been able to win a coach/executive of the year award. They are both more than deserving

Half the time it seems like it goes to a coach that over performed with a crappy roster they didn’t build. That eliminates Pete.
