Luka is doing it against bad teams. Jokic will suffer from voters fatigue. Curry is old. Tatum on a superteam.

Therefore I nominate Derrick White as my way too early MVP favorite

Its also a narrative award (there is voter fatigue too) people were clowning jokic & giannis winning back to back MVPs when the couldn’t do shit in the playoffs. Literally happened the start of last season with jokic & now embiid after his playoff choke & jokic winning a ring

Tatum VS Luka will be an exciting change from a Jokic VS Embiid MVP race the last couple of years.

Need to be consistent tho, he always starts somewhat hot in the season and falls off specially as the Mavs start to lose. Same thing happened last year, Jayson and Luka were top4 going toe to toe with Embiid and Jokic, then both Luka and Tatum started being less efficient. Tatum still got a ton of credit because the Celtics finish second in standings.
