Shout out Mike Breen and Wally, could only find the Knicks broadcast tonight but it was so, so pleasant—especially after being subjected to the Warriors broadcast twice in the past week.

Wally has really improved a lot as a caster this season, which is great. He’s going to be taking over for Frazier and it’s good to see him coming into his own. It’s also just refreshing to have guys who love the Knicks and basketball equally. Sure they have homer moments at times, but it’s rare and they just actually talk about the game. The Warriors announcers, oof.

The Knicks have been blessed by having the two GOATS of basketball play by play analysis in Breen and Marv. Along with Clyde who’s a Hall of Fame player and announcer

It’s such a shock because NYC media is the exact opposite of “very impartial”, but guys like Michael Kay, Breen, and Kenny Albert are all pretty damn good commentators.

Mike is the GOAT. Wally isn’t bad at all relative to commentators around the league—but he can ramble sometimes. We’ve been spoiled as hell with Mike and Clyde for all these years.
