I have a white backdrop for my clothing/fashion photoshoots but i want to add objects to make it less boring. Some ideas i was given was adding plants or a chair. Any other ideas? Thanks!
Take it outside and try with natural light! Like hard light with a few cool shadows looks awesome on clean white.

If you are doing a white background then don’t add anything. Either bring it into the real world or try to do it studio like
Gelled flash, make it any colour you want

Coloured flash or led light with shapes like a light strip or circle.
Take a big piece of cardboard, cut out some shape, then place it in the way of the background light before it enters the frame. It will cast the negative as blurry shadow. Think of it as an unfocused gobo. Examples: window with cross bars, tree leaves, etc
It’s crazy what you can get using just a plain stool
