Obviously Jamal Murray has been out for that stretch but this is still not what you wanna see from the reigning champs. Should the Nuggets be concerned about their early season play?

And the Suns have won six straight. In November, both mini streaks mean shit.

Well I mean if these are the only players that are playing in the playoffs then they don’t have much chance at a title. If jamal is healthy then they are still contenders.

If Giannis can make the finals it’s easy money for him. All he has to do is repeat what he did to kyrie in 2021 and now the nuggets offensive is gone!

Murray is so underrated for what he does, his reg szn numbers aren’t eye popping but his ability to create for himself and others is needed

They’ll be fine. Championship hangover, Murray’s down. If Murray’s back and they’re still assing it up around game 40 then I’d go ahead and panic.

“Should they be concerned?” I’d say yes. It’s not the end of the world, but you can’t be thrilled about how things have gone

9th in Ortg 10th in Drtg and an SRS of 4.86. They can contend with those numbers but you’d like to see SRS above 5 and the Ortg to improve. Still a lot less to worry about then the Bucks who are 21st Drtg and SRS of 3.84, you can’t win a chip with those numbers.

Obviously they will blame it on the players, but the best kept secret in the NBA is Mike Malone.

Of course they are. This is like people commenting on the Suns and thinking Booker wouldn’t make the team better.

Obviously the Joker is the best player, but they lose outside scoring and playmaking with Murray. Hes a super important player to the team. You take the second best player off of most teams for an extended period - and teams don’t do well.
