He was the reason we lost last night.

He continues to bring him man into the oaint EVERY game by crashing to the rim. Every time Russ is in the game he does a great job disrupting our offense by introducing defenders to the paint. Then when he is on the arc he is consistently ignored, and for some reason he won’t stop that shit ass quick jumpshot, and he’s struggling to finish ar the rim because he won’t accept his athletic ability has diminished.

Super frustrating. He cost of the lead and Lue let that bad run with Russ go on for too long.

He is crashing the paint without the ball on a team that prefers to work within 15-18 feet of the basket. He is bringing his defender into the paint and leaving him there this disrupting our offense.

With the ball in his hands, it makes sense and even then his current athletic ability is not allowing him to be as explosive as he once was.

Sacrificed his career to come off the bench for a sub 500 team, feels bad man

Have you watched Westbrook play for the past 4 years?

      There’s a reason he’s on a minimum contract.

Nah, he’s the reason they didn’t need Harden. He’s the heart and soul of the team, the leader and he’s also just a great player. He plays so hard and is so unselfish he almost can’t have a bad game

Are you trolling or just dumb?

Since 2019-20 there have been 44 players that have played 150 games and taken 15+ shots per game.

          Westbrook is 44th in TS% at a horrific 51.3%

He was the back-to-back league assist leader and averaged a triple-double for the 3rd season in a row that year.

People here know nothing about basketball and I’m fairly certain don’t even like it. Just come to shit on people far more successful than them.

Got to be a confidence hit, he seemed to be really enjoying the start to the season, felt like a serious mood shift for those first few games harden was here.

I mean they brought in Harden who basically plays the same position as him. Not exactly a vote of confidence in Russ.

You mean for the 10 games since Harden started playing?

Russ is on the extreme end of being a rhythm guy, so not surprised at all. Nba didn’t let guys take 20 secs to shoot free throws and it tanked his ft percentage. He’s not a guy who will play 7-8 mins stints and look like himself

The clippers have enough shooting around him where that wasn’t the case. But with this new roster yea it’s impossible

Only trust him to score at the rim. Lost abit of his explosiveness due to old age. Player who doesnt age well. Send him to China

He’s been completely washed for many years now. Literally just surviving off his name at this point. It’s sad but happens to every player eventually.

I almost feel like some of the greatest athletes of all time are considered that because they left on a high note and didn’t just refuse to leave as they got so bad they were below average players in almost every way.
