As harsh as it sounds, learning how to fall correctly is a vital skill for NBA players. You should NEVER break a fall with your hands, wrists are weak (skaters know this). Super unfortunate but he’ll learn as he gets more experience in the league.
I like Kuz a lot and I don’t think he’d ever do something like that out of malace. It was a lazy and reckless play though, going up under a guy in the air like that is always dangerous, play the ball or if you’re fouling to prevent the shot, wrap them up.
