Barkley is not the best rb that comes from this class.

I would say this is accurate, Nick Chubb was basically always better outside of rookie year.

But they have certainly been two of the better running backs in the league, so it’s not even much of a knock on Saquan.

The browns literally had to trade their aged RB1 so hue Jackson would play Chubb. And he was good before the trade. Hue just refused to utilize him.

I still think Barkley would be a HoF level RB if he went to any sort of competent org… we ruined a hell of a highlight reel by making him the only threat and sticking him behind a dog shit line his entire career lol

Hell, look at Barkley his rookie year with Eli. He was still awesome. But unfortunately, the Giants have a terrible line and Daniel Jones was who they bet the house on

For sure injuries play into it too. But he has been our entire offense, so hes taking more hits, and most of them are well behind the line lol

Saquon has the talent to be a first ballot Hall of Famer. However while he has struggled by being on the Giants during a down era for them I’m pretty confident he would get injured to some degree no matter what team he played for.

I really feel sad for guys like him who just have their careers wasted. There are a lot of them in the league. Who knows how many of us could have been flowers with enough water and care?

Baker was always competent in Cleveland though and gave their offense a chance to spread the ball, opening up running for Chubb

The giants have had… an array not non-competence at the QB position since Barkley was taken

I don’t have a post in that thread to make fun of, but I definitely didn’t think Chubb would be a consistent top tier back.
