Stuff like this, you have to clean the surface really good, really good, then on a dry surface apply a bonding agent to allow the new paint to bond to the old.
That was clearly not done correctly, which is the most basic knowledge for this type of job, that information would’ve been printed on the buckets of this paint they used for the liner, albeit in tiny tiny font.
Clearly you don’t understand the magic of having an idiot like Donvict drive a bunch of vehicles over top of the project and make bold pronouncements about how bigly strong and tuff it all is.
