Draymond is insufferable.
Draymond is insufferable.
Shoulder checking into a pushoff on a dude not even looking or touching you yet is crazy.
I don’t think so, Himmy. The person he was defending wasn’t involved in the play at all except to slow down AD. AD still had the chance to contest too, and he doesn’t. The lane being open wasn’t Reaves fault at all.
Yeah but no one questioned if Kobe was going to be bad because of his Rookie Season. That may not be the question though.
Kobe only took 5.9 FGA per game his rookie year and averaged 7.6 points per game. That’s a 55% TS%, which ain’t bad.
How is this Reave’s fault ?
Jumpshot VS Standing shot is the most obvious guess. His shooting mechanics while flat footed are poor – is my guess.
I mean what non detroit-specific conversation would you have him in ? “Best Rookie outside of Chet and Wemby?” He’s been talked about enough. He is recognized by fans and media for being that 3rd best and for being a huge defensive piece.
“54% from 3 is over doing it shooting hesitation pullups.”
hang = hesi, pull = pullup.
Basically he’s saying 54% is insane, especially because they aren’t catch and shoots, but the much harder hesitation pullup jumper.
… okay
Effective Field Goal Percentage; the formula is (FG + 0.5 * 3P) / FGA. This statistic adjusts for the fact that a 3-point field goal is worth one more point than a 2-point field goal. For example, suppose Player A goes 4 for 10 with 2 threes, while Player B goes 5 for 10 with 0 threes. Each player would have 10 points from field goals, and thus would have the same effective field goal percentage (50%).
Which basically means “efficiency scoring the basketball by only field goals” – no free throws included.
Reminds me a lot of Lonzo on defense. Better rebounding, better finishing.
That’s the DUMBEST thing I’ve ever heard Lou Williams say.
His help defense isn’t up to snuff quite yet, but he’s the only reason people aren’t dunking 24/7 on the Lakers. Even though they do get a lot of easy layups and dunks. Prince the only other one on the team committed 100% to defense.
Yes he has
This is the basketball version of “I didn’t choose the gangster life, the gangster life chose me.”
Dude didn’t choose to call game, basketball as a concept imparted divine intervention so that he DID call game.
