It’s a little weird that both AD and LeBron are shooting less than they ever have so far
Thinking Basketball made a good video about the Sixers’ offense and why it’s actually slightly better this year than last year with Harden gone.
Philly has essentially chopped their isolations in half, and Nurse has introduced a ton of movement into the offense. Philly now uses “handoffs” a lot now, and a lot of opportunities for cutters/shooters open up from that which Maxey can find either in a P&R or Embiid can find from the short roll/elbow
They really need to run plays for him. He’s calling for the ball all. the. time. and yet, nothing. They can just throw it in the air and let him Randy Moss his matchup every time and 80% of the time it’ll get them a bucket
Missing out on Nick Nurse might’ve been the biggest fumble of any hopeful contender last offseason
He’s only worth 1 Anthony Davis because 2 Anthony Davis’ isn’t possible
Preferably not on my house. Don’t feel like cleaning them up
LeBron actually did better vs Jokic than AD, at least in their playoff series
Wasn’t that Gallinari that did that? Or did the same thing happen again and I just forgot?
I wanted my Bulls to pick Hali at 4 in his draft, I was flabbergasted when he fell down to 12 cause I thought he could potentially be the best player in his draft class after watching him at Iowa State
March Madness
An end of year, massive 68 team single elimination bracket made up of schools from every conference, every walk of life. Every teams plays like it’s the last game of their lives, because for some of them, it could be. The win or go home situation in NBA Game 7s is part of what makes Game 7 such an iconic phrase, but for those kids in that tournament, every game is Game 7. It makes for some of the most incredible moments in the history of sports.
I’ve always thought that if I were to change the NBA playoff format, I’d want it to be similar. Not a single elimination bracket, but perhaps a triple elimination bracket.
Thanks for the clarification, I assume you meant Trae Young of the Portland Pickles
They’ve had the most success by far out of any team in the East since Jimmy arrived there, 2 Finals and another CF in 4 years, and people are really still acting like they’re not contenders.
The East runs through Miami until proven otherwise
