Color combo looks quite cool actually. I think I’ve seen this watch in a video and I believe that’s technically the first apple watch although I could be wrong.

The Miyota 9015 movement is considered to be reliable and the big range you see about the movement’s accuracy indicates the most time you will possibly gain as well as the most you will lose. In reality you will probably get around±7s/day which is quite good honestly, especially for the price.
The Lorier Gemini series II might be worth considering. It’s just under 500 and has a seagull st19 movement.
Congrats. I’ve been hearing a lot about this lately so I’m hesitating on whether or not to get it but 6 months of wait time is crazy.
Congrats, looks great
Definitely fake. The magnification and font are really wrong.
Certina ds action diver 38mm maybe? Clean and simple while also coming from a reputable brand. Also has lots of cool features like a diver’s extension and ISO certification and has 300m of water resistance. Hamilton is also worth considering and there are lots of great microbrands for around that price too like Baltic, traska, lorier among others.
I’ve had an Srpg27 for about 8 months and honestly it’s been pretty accurate so far. The last time I’ve set the time was a bit over 2 weeks ago and I’m ahead by 2-3 minutes right now (+10s/day). This of course might be different to someone else’s, especially considering that I had to re-regulate the watch a few months after I got it since it was running fast. For the price it’s a really good movement that isn’t scared to take a beating.
No watch brand is called lecoultre and if this is supposed to be a JLC then yeah it’s a cheap fake. How much did you pay?
A GMT could be pretty cool. Seiko makes some but imo you should look at the Traska venturer, they restocked recently so are ready to ship. The sinn 556 and Seiko Alpinist (There’s also a GMT version of the Alpinist which recently released) are also good options although I would personally get a unique colour to add some variation. Nice collection!
Gorgeous watch. This is a sinn triple date lunar calendar moon phase that was only available from 1990-1999 and is quite rare. This one seems to be in good shape and from what I’ve seen, they mostly tend to sell for over 2k.
My first watch was a similar looking srpg27 which I spent hours researching. I thought the sunburst blue dial looked cleaner and was more versatile but now I’m regretting not going for the sandblasted one… Anyways, great watch with lots of versatility! As for upkeep, be careful with the bezel and crown as that’s what scratches the most for me. Also follow general automatic watch rules like not setting the date at 9pm - 3am and avoid magnetic fields.
The dial looks amazing! Kind of reminds me of grand Seiko with the sharp edges, detailed dial, titanium case and accurate quartz movement. Do you think it’s worth the starting price of 2000+ dollars?
Omega Speedmaster dark side of the moon
As long as the case back is well screwed in then you should be fine
I would only get it repaired if some sort of memory is associated with it like it used to be a relative’s or something. Otherwise it’s probably not worth it as it might be expensive enough that it would be cheaper to just buy a new one.
Sinn watches are built for purpose and are real tool watches with function being more important than design. They’re not meant to be a fashion luxury watch but instead are targeted at professionals for specific uses. The super durable nature, great movement, and attractive price from this well known German brand is what makes it appealing to a lot of people. I totally get what you mean when people say that it looks too simple (honestly I’m no different) but it makes a lot of sense for a piece of this nature.
How does the leather strap feel? I’m really looking into buying it but it felt really stiff at the AD when I tried it.
