It’s ironic that this is the same sort of thing that people who hate Trump but aren’t Americans would say. More to the point, this guy probably isn’t just one of the dumbasses that were convinced to vote Trump, but a Neonazi if he’s taunting people for that.

I didn’t even hear about a modern Indiana Jones game.

Is it worth playing, or does it have Denuvo?

Decided to give it a try. It’s not bad. The gameplay reminds me of Dishonored except it’s actually fun. The puzzle elements remind me of Resident Evil before RE4 came out and ruined the franchise. I’m enjoying it so far. It’s a solid 7/10.

I’m sorry but Dishonored 1&2 are extremely repetitive. I could never play more than an hour at a time before getting bored. Jones has a lot more variety in the gameplay. Honestly my only issue with the game is that the AI is both deaf and blind.

No Denuvo. I’m only a couple hours in, but it feels like the movies so far. The three movies… You know, the only movies they made.

It’s a little bit like Dishonored, Deus Ex, and Hitman. The writing and voice acting are spot on, you can’t tell it’s not Harrison Ford.

It’s a bit wonky on Linux, but that’s always been the case with Machinegames games and their engine. The standard AMD Mesa driver wouldn’t load textures, only shadows. Installing AMDVLK and adding a couple launch options made it run just fine though.

Very telling. Wonder if they feel persecuted whenever Nazis are depicted as the bad guys in films

      Why would you wonder?

They’ve been complaining for like a decade at least. I think the big one they started was a Wolfenstein from 2014? But I’m sure it was happening on a smaller scale much earlier.

Hell, even during WW2 lots of capitalism and Republicans openly argued for staying out of the war or even joining the actual Nazis.

At the time they were fighting the Soviet Union, which capitalists saw as the ultimate enemy. So enemy of my enemy is my friend situation. This was also before Pearl Harbor and the final solution.

You bring up Nazis, fascists, authoritarians, and they appear out of nowhere to defend themselves.

~Whoops it looks like you’ve told on yourself~

Is this shit fucking serious? Why the fuck do I need to read the center first, then the bottom, and the top for the last.

I want to talk with the person who thought of that.

I think the original idea was that you’d be saying something that leads into the conversation below, rather than replying to it in kind

      So like:

Man, look at this idiot who brought up trump for no reason:

Then the thread as you see where it’s original post and the reply below it

That’s not how people ended up using it, and it’s probably a lot of work to change that

It’s gross when people worship politicians like that.

Also, friendly reminder that Nazis are bad! It’s OK to punch Nazis.

“Facts don’t care about your feelings!” Said the guy who ignores facts because of his feelings.

I’m tired of YouTube, I keep getting transphobic ads because fucks like this are so close to the mainstream.

I had one where some UFC guy was all “We’re men and as men we need to agree that no matter what path we choose we can’t force ourselves on biological women in spaces and sports made for them ya know?”

Saying it all friendly as if there wasn’t a lot to unpack there (I count at least two dogwhistles: Mainly the implications that transwomen are men and that transwomen exist only to prey on ciswomen)… and more bullshit about how “Trans Athletes are constantly breaking records!”, even though they can’t actually name a single one who has done that…

Personally I just really get steamed at this shit, Conservatives acting like they’re really big on feminist issues because they hate transpeople just… ugh… and people fall for it. So many god damn Nancy Mace simps
