The GS, Reverso, and Lange are all watches I want to add to my collection. The Reverso is next, I’m actively eyeing one. GS should be after that, and Lange… well maybe when I retire, haha. My problem is I want a date window and maybe a moon phase, but the price balloons absurdly for any complications.

1·10 months agoI wonder how you separated Zenith from JLC, IWC, and GO. To me they’re similar tiers of watchmakers that all bring some interesting things to the table, at a relatively similar price tier. They probably compare fairly closely to Omega’s offerings too.
I’m still fairly sure you can afford Omega on $200k in Manhattan
Hmm where do you look for listings? I’ve checked chrono24 and ebay but I don’t think I’ve seen the Saxonia Thin go as low as 12k.
1·11 months agoI know people are talkin’ shit about Purdy these days but our offense is really night and day when you compare the two. Like with how we looked against the Bengals, with Jimmy G we’re scoring 3 or 6 points probably.
Usually when I tell people I have a Zenith people say “Like the TV?” But at least I won’t be getting much attention from muggers, right?
What do you mean by their shift in marketing strategy for popular watches?
