I have been watching basketball on TV since the MJ era. Since then basketball has gotten unwatchable. I used to sit in front of the TV with other family members and watch the game, now it’s something that’s running in the background while everyone does their thing. I don’t know what it is. It could be our changing habits and shorter attention span in the era of tiktok and highlights culture or maybe how the game flows there’s so many interruptions. I don’t have stats to back up if the game flows any smoother but I feel it’s a lot of stop and go stop and go. There was a period in yesterday’s Kings/ warriors game when Moody and Sasha traded 3 pointers, that was genuinely exciting as there was no stops and it was shot after shot.

Nba Refs have so much influence over the game, we can talk our ears off about analytics and 3s > 2s etc. The only analytics that matter is how refs call the game. They can so easily change the flow and outcome of the game through 1 or 2 well placed foul calls

The only reason the game was close is because the clippers missed open shots down the stretch in the 4q. Spurs defense still sucked ass and clippers got pretty much anything they wanted in the 3Q without breaking a sweat.

I am circling the Thunder vs Timberwolves game this Tues. It’s going to be one hell of a game.

They are probably going to use their draft picks to replace role players who they can’t afford anymore. As some players get too expensive they will replace them with older 4 year college players or trade a few picks to move up when they see an opportunity.

This thunder team is a killer… Well coached, well built and absolutely mentally strong.

Dejounte Murray is a better basketball player than Trae Young. Trae may have scored more but each time he was on the floor the Hawks fell behind. Dj and crew brought them back into the game when Trae was on the bench.

On the last possession of the Spurs v raptors game Wemby kept up with Dennis which is crazy.

Yeah his and other omissions from the list hurts the legacy of the list rather than Dwight Howard. People will clown the list and Adam silver for years for the atrocity that list is.

I have not seen that list talked about as an honor, most discussions I see are around Dwight, Jokic and others not being on the list and how bad it is.

I think the warriors and Suns will rest their stars, also Draymond and Klay are coming back from injuries.
