The only offer for Ayton besides Nurkic + Little was THJ + Holmes + McGee from the Mavericks on draft night. Nobody else was going to trade for CP3 because it was leaked the Suns were planning on waiving him. Neither had much value at all, so I’m happy we were able to get what we did this off-season. Before we got Beal, the Suns were linked to Fred VanVleet and Terry Rozier at the trade deadline. We probably wouldn’t have retained FVV, and Beal gives us a higher ceiling than Rozier.

Bol Bol only has a contract because he’s tall and nepotism. He does not have NBA level talent or awareness.
They aren’t listed but I would want the Suns to make a run at Jevon Carter or Andre Drummond.
Good to know that my first prediction will probably be the hardest I’ll have to do.

I have the Suns at #4 going into the season, behind Denver, Milwaukee, and Boston.
I am chronically online and browse r/NBA multiple times throughout the day, but typically first thing in the morning and over lunch.
I try to watch every Suns game and probably only miss a handful over the course of the season. I might watch other teams on national TV that play before the Suns. I would watch more if I was selected as a rep.

If Booker does ever want to leave, I think him and Ishbia will work together to get him to Detroit. Gotta show love to their home state.

I think the Jazz and Blazers will finish below the Rockets and Spurs in the standings. I think the Clippers or Pelicans will end up being the other team that misses the play-in, but it’ll come down to whichever playoff-level team struggles the most with injuries throughout the year.
I could see him signing a one-year deal with OKC now that they have cats he can win with.
After KD declines with age or retires, the Suns find themselves in a similar situation to Portland with Lillard where they are still competitive but not contenders because Devin Booker and the FO refuses to have him traded in the name of loyalty. By the end of the 5 years, Booker is the franchise leader in many statistical categories.
