    If you travel to a country that reads your phone (including the US, Australia) don’t take a phone that’s logged in to your social media accounts

    Factory reset the phone, create a new Google or Apple account for it.

    Leave them nothing to find. Feel free to log into your real accounts once you’re out of the airport

      With the new policy in the visa application process, that will no longer be as effective. If you have to provide your social media profiles and make them public before entering the country, they already know who to pick out in case you said/liked/posted something that the regime doesn’t like.
