      a decently kitted home gym is surprisingly attainable if you can spare the space!

        And there’s resistance bands, which if combined with a door anchor can replace weights for a fraction of the space and cost. A doorframe pull up bar would be the last piece of kit a home gym would really need when combined with the bands and calisthenics.

          I use resistance bands as well. I’m not sure they’d be a replacement for my rack and all that but it’s a great place to start

      Bruh it’s $12 a month for planet fitness and it’s all aunties and uncs up in there.

      1.5 miles in 15 minutes on the treadmill then the yellow room 30 minute circuit trainer with the lights… 15 minutes stretching in the isometrics room and we on our way.

      Everyday, or at least five days in a week. Treat things like yoga biking and sports as “in addition to”
